2. Research-Only Products
All products sold via this website are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, veterinary use, cosmetic application, or therapeutic purposes.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that purchased materials will be used solely for lawful research activities and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Eligibility
Customers must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase research materials in their jurisdiction.
Moleculon Europe reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion where misuse, regulatory risk, or unlawful intent is suspected.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch. Payment processing is handled via secure payment service providers.
Once payment has been confirmed, orders enter processing and cannot be modified.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched from within the European Union.
- The Netherlands: approximately 1–2 business days
- European Union: approximately 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or regulatory checks. Moleculon Europe is not responsible for delays caused by external service providers.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are final once an order has been dispatched.
Refunds or replacements may be issued only in cases of incorrect shipment or products damaged during transport, subject to verification.
7. Product Handling
The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of purchased materials.
No guidance or instruction is provided regarding human or animal use.
8. Limitation of Liability
Moleculon Europe shall not be liable for misuse, improper handling, unlawful use, or use outside of a legitimate laboratory setting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, product descriptions, branding elements, images, and design materials are the property of Moleculon Europe. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
