Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

Orders placed with Moleculon Europe are processed and dispatched from within the European Union.

Shipping is available only to destinations displayed during checkout. Certain destinations may be excluded at any time for logistical or compliance reasons.

2. Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day after confirmed payment.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • The Netherlands: approximately 1–2 business days
  • European Union: approximately 3–5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or regulatory checks are outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

The Netherlands:

  • €9.99 standard shipping
  • Free shipping on orders of €250 or more

European Union:

  • €14.99 standard shipping
  • Free shipping on orders of €500 or more

5. Tracking

All shipments include tracking. Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided automatically via email.

6. Customer Responsibility for Address Information

Customers are solely responsible for entering a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

If a shipment is delayed, lost, returned, or destroyed due to an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.

Reshipment may be offered at our discretion and only after payment of any additional shipping and handling costs.

7. Unclaimed or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is not collected, refused, or otherwise returned due to customer-related circumstances, the order is not eligible for a refund.

Any reshipment will require payment of new shipping costs.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, an investigation will be initiated with the carrier. Carrier investigations may take up to 14 days.

Replacement shipments may be arranged only after official confirmation from the carrier that the parcel is lost.

9. Damaged Shipments

Any damage must be reported within 10 hours of delivery.

Reports must include clear photographic evidence of:

  • outer packaging
  • inner packaging
  • received product(s)

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

10. Limitation of Shipping Liability

Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operational processes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the purchased products.

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Moleculon Europe.
